About the role
The United Nations Technology Bank for the Least Developed Countries seeks an experienced consultant to prepare a concise synthesis report based on sixteen completed Technology Needs Assessments (TNAs). The consultant will work remotely, using the full TNA reports, related documentation, and authoritative public sources.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse the sixteen country‑level TNAs and extract key evidence and themes.
- Develop a systematic approach for organising and presenting the evidence.
- Draft a report that links TNA findings to the Doha Programme of Action priority areas, highlighting achievements, gaps and implementation challenges.
- Incorporate supplementary information from public sources and focused exchanges with UN Technology Bank staff.
- Produce an LDC‑wide evidence base to support policy dialogue and the mid‑term review of the Doha Programme of Action.
