About the role
The Continuous Improvement Leader will join Kraft Heinz’s Production Department in Susurluk, Balıkesir, focusing on loss elimination, waste reduction, and digitalization on the shop floor.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities by analyzing daily and shift‑based data.
- Collect on‑site data, investigate root causes of breakdowns, and plan countermeasures.
- Maintain and monitor CI tools, ensure data accuracy in MES, and update performance boards.
- Collaborate with Process Owners, Team Leaders, and Maintenance Leaders to address losses.
- Participate in daily management meetings and apply problem‑solving techniques to eliminate chronic losses.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in food engineering or a related engineering field.
- Intermediate level of English preferred.
- Experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical, result‑oriented mindset and team‑player attitude.
- Willingness to reside in or relocate to Balıkesir‑Susurluk or nearby areas.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- Experience using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
