Contract Manufacturing Planner

About the role

We are seeking a Contract Manufacturing Planner to join our Technical & Production team in Karacabey, Bursa. You will be responsible for creating and managing production plans, ensuring material availability, and driving continuous improvement across our co‑manufacturing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage production plans in line with capacity constraints and business requirements.
• Run MRP processes and maintain optimal inventory levels for packaging materials and semi‑finished products.
• Plan and coordinate material supply to ensure the right materials are available at the right time and quantity.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers and proactively resolve supply and delivery issues.
• Coordinate call‑off material procurement activities and provide material forecasts for contract preparation.
• Monitor and analyse key planning and operational KPIs, including inventory accuracy and production plan adherence.
• Track and report production performance of co‑manufacturers and co‑packers, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and planning performance.
• Ensure full material traceability and compliance with FIFO/FEFO principles across production and warehouse processes.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 2‑3 years of experience in production, supply, or materials planning.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP planning modules and MRP processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, and inventory management processes.
• Understanding of planning KPIs and performance management principles.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Basic financial awareness of cost drivers within supply chain operations.
