Engineering Associate Trainee – Temporary (10 months)

About the role

Nestlé is seeking an Engineering Associate Trainee to support the maintenance and operation of factory infrastructure at its Karacabey site. This temporary 10‑month position offers the chance to work within a global food and beverage leader.

Key responsibilities

• Support maintenance and operation of factory infrastructure, electrical and mechanical utilities to ensure safe and reliable service continuity.
• Assist preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facility systems in line with Nestlé standards and site requirements.
• Prepare and maintain regular reports related to maintenance activities, utilities performance and compliance requirements.
• Provide assistance to electrical and mechanical teams during daily operations, troubleshooting and improvement activities.
• Support internal factory audits by preparing technical documentation, following action plans and contributing to compliance improvements.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering or related field.
• Recently graduated or up to 2 years of experience in technical, maintenance or automation operations.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to analyze problems, plan, organize and work effectively in a team.
• Capability to interact with all employee levels and multitask across cross‑functional departments.
