Converting Machine Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Converting Machine Operator to join our sustainable packaging production line. You will help ensure the hygiene and safety of food and drink by operating and maintaining our packaging machinery.

Key responsibilities

• Independently operate and adjust packaging or manufacturing machinery.
• Keep machines running safely and efficiently.
• Perform quality checks and maintain production records.
• Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
• Maintain a clean workstation, tables, and work area free of tripping hazards.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently on the shop floor.
• Strong focus on safety and quality.
• Attention to detail in maintaining records and cleanliness.
