Corporate Communications Director

About the role

The Corporate Communications Director will lead Coral Travel Group’s global communications strategy from the Holding headquarters in Turkey. Reporting to the Board of Directors, the role oversees all corporate communications across 37 companies operating in 21 countries, ensuring a consistent brand voice and reputation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the Group’s corporate communications vision and strategy.
• Establish a unified tone of voice and messaging framework for all subsidiaries, adapting to local market needs.
• Analyze macro‑ and micro‑environment trends and develop proactive plans to strengthen reputation and mitigate risks.
• Provide strategic counsel to the Board and senior management on media relations, executive communications, and crisis management.
• Prepare speeches, press releases, corporate statements, briefing documents and senior‑management presentations.
• Manage national and international media relations to increase visibility through press releases, interviews and feature stories.
• Lead corporate reputation and crisis communications, creating scenarios, key messages and response plans.
• Oversee the corporate website, social media channels and digital content strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
• Develop and enforce corporate identity and visual communication standards across the Group.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading communications for large, multi‑national organisations.
• Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Hands‑on approach, comfortable preparing press materials, speeches and presentations.
• Ability to work closely with senior executives and board members.
