Country Community Manager – Turkey (12‑month contract)

About the role
Canva is looking for a Country Community Manager for Turkey to own the health, engagement and growth of its local communities – Educators, Creators and Small‑Business owners. You will keep existing educator and creator communities active and advocating for Canva while building a new SMB community from the ground up.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day operations and long‑term engagement of Canva’s Educator and Creator communities in Turkey.
- Identify, recruit and onboard creators aligned with Turkey’s content priorities to ensure culturally relevant, on‑brand material.
- Expand the Canvassador programme by bringing in new advocates and equipping them for local activations.
- Define strategy, channels and rituals to launch and grow the SMB community, turning small‑business owners into an active Canva network.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing large, active communities at scale.
- Ability to design lasting engagement rituals and interpret community health from data and live interaction.
- Comfort working in a hybrid setting based in Istanbul.
