E-Commerce Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

HIGH5 is seeking an experienced E‑Commerce Performance Marketing Executive to drive digital advertising initiatives that boost online sales and brand visibility. You will own the planning, execution, and optimisation of performance campaigns across multiple channels, working closely with cross‑functional teams to align marketing efforts with commercial goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital platforms.
• Manage relationships with performance‑marketing, SEO and analytics agencies, overseeing budgets and deliverables.
• Analyse media spend and performance metrics (ROAS, revenue, conversion rate, CPA, CAC) to maximise ROI.
• Provide regular performance reports using analytics tools and recommend data‑driven adjustments.
• Develop audience targeting and retargeting strategies to acquire new customers and re‑engage existing ones.
• Collaborate with CRM, e‑commerce, product and broader marketing teams to ensure cohesive customer journeys.
• Support SEO initiatives and monitor organic traffic improvements.
• Stay updated on digital advertising technologies, platform changes and industry trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of performance‑marketing experience, preferably in retail, e‑commerce, sports or lifestyle sectors.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Proven expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics 4.
