Country Manager – Turkey

About the role

This senior, high‑ownership position will serve as the General Manager for our Turkey market, reporting directly to global leadership. You will be responsible for the full P&L, regulatory positioning, partnership development, team building and overall growth of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Turkey business – define strategy, drive revenue, manage growth and oversee day‑to‑day operations.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulators (BDDK, CMB/SPK) to secure licensing and ensure compliance.
• Design and execute localized marketing, business development and user‑acquisition campaigns.
• Recruit, lead and develop a high‑performing local team across business development, marketing, compliance and operations.
• Identify, negotiate and close strategic partnerships with banks, payment providers, fintech firms and media outlets.
• Represent the company at industry events, in the media and with government stakeholders.
• Report key performance indicators and business performance to global leadership.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in fintech, digital assets or high‑growth technology, with at least 3 years in a senior country or regional leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of Turkey’s financial regulatory environment.
• Proven track record of driving business growth in Turkey or the broader MENA/CEE region.
• Extensive network across finance, government, media and technology sectors in Turkey.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable operating in ambiguous, zero‑to‑one environments.
• Fluent in Turkish and English.
• Background in digital asset markets is a strong plus.
