CRM & Marketing Communications Senior Specialist

About the role

HUGO BOSS is seeking a senior specialist to lead CRM and marketing communications for the Turkish market. You will shape and execute integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, store traffic, and customer loyalty across retail, wholesale, franchise, and outlet channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor all marketing activities targeting the Turkish market.
• Create and maintain a local marketing calendar aligned with global brand objectives.
• Manage the local marketing budget, including planning, revisions and performance tracking.
• Develop and brief content for campaigns across multiple channels, including in‑store, digital, and influencer initiatives.
• Identify business opportunities and optimise tactical activations to maximise ROI.
• Coordinate relationships with key partners, agencies and external stakeholders.
• Lead drive‑to‑store activities, sponsorships, celebrity and influencer collaborations.
• Oversee the customer loyalty program, including campaign design and execution.
• Prepare KPI‑based CRM reports and present insights to internal teams.
• Adapt global PR assets into Turkish, produce local press releases and manage media outreach.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree in Business, Marketing or a related field; a Master’s degree is a strong plus.
• 5+ years of professional experience in marketing, preferably within fashion retail and a global environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven end‑to‑end marketing expertise from concept development to execution.
• Highly structured, analytical and solution‑oriented working style.
• Strong knowledge of fashion marketing, influencer marketing, PR and media.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong overall MS Office skills.
