Culture Marketing Manager

About the role

The Culture Marketing Manager joins the National Culture Marketing Team to lead dedicated projects across music, dance, street culture and related entertainment arenas. Working closely with Red Bull artists, agencies and external vendors, you will shape and execute strategies that strengthen long‑term cultural platforms and drive business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Create and deliver an annual Culture Marketing plan aligned with set targets.
• Realise culture‑focused initiatives and projects, including events, content and artist collaborations.
• Establish and maintain long‑term platforms in music, dance, street culture and beyond.
• Negotiate and secure music rights to maximise content utilisation.
• Collaborate with sales, communications and brand teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Brief, manage and control external agencies, specialists and suppliers.
• Oversee budget responsibility for selected national program areas.
• Build and nurture a network of artists, dancers and cultural influencers.
• Coordinate activities with on‑premise, sport, student brand and communication departments to maximise efficiency.
• Liaise with the international culture department to share best practices.
• Evaluate results, ensure quality and measure return on investment for all activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in music, dance or culture‑related event marketing and creative roles.
• Proven background in event management, content creation, agency and artist management.
• Established network of diverse artist and music‑industry contacts, including record labels.
• Track record of delivering innovative projects with clear KPIs, especially in music.
• Strong interest in various cultural playgrounds such as music, dance, arts, stand‑up and street culture.
• Experience creating content with artists and creators.
