Customer Account Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Account Specialist to join Trive Credit’s fast‑growing fintech team. The role is customer‑oriented, requiring proactive communication and problem‑solving across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via inbound/automated calls, emails, and live chat.
• Deliver accurate, timely, and compliant solutions while meeting performance targets.
• Communicate professionally and empathetically, adapting to each customer’s needs.
• Follow quality standards, communication guidelines, and data‑protection procedures.

Required profile

• Native‑level Spanish and upper‑intermediate English (B2 or higher).
• Previous experience in customer service or a call‑center environment is an advantage.
• Must reside in Turkey and be legally authorized to work there.
• Strong commitment to delivering a positive customer experience while balancing business objectives.

• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally across different channels.
• Capability to understand customer needs, demonstrate empathy, and build trust.
• Skill in assessing situations, identifying root causes, and providing appropriate solutions.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn CRM systems and internal tools.
