Customer Accounting Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused Customer Accounting Specialist to manage the end‑to‑end order‑to‑cash process. You will ensure accurate invoicing, support customers, and collaborate closely with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Warehouse teams.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure customer orders are invoiced accurately according to pricing, payment terms and commercial conditions.
• Manage e‑Invoice and e‑Archive processes, track consignment and customer stock levels, and coordinate product returns.
• Monitor receivables, perform account reconciliations, and support collection activities with Sales and Finance.
• Process payments via promissory notes, bank transfers, credit cards and other methods, and provide professional customer support through phone and email.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years experience in customer service, order management, accounting or operations.
• Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP/SAP systems.
• Advanced use of MS Office applications.
