Customer Intelligence Expert

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Intelligence Expert to lead analytics initiatives across AgeSA, Aksigorta, and Medisa. You will design segmentation studies, translate business questions into analytical solutions, and deliver actionable insights to drive customer‑focused strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement customer segmentation, profiling, and behavior analysis studies.
• Translate marketing and business questions into measurable, data‑driven answers.
• Define and monitor customer KPIs, integrating multiple data sources for a unified view.
• Develop predictive, classification, and clustering models and support their operational use.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Product, Sales, and Strategy teams to enable data‑driven decision making.
• Ensure data quality, document methodologies, and communicate findings through reports and visualisations.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, CRM, or customer intelligence, preferably in insurance, banking, fintech or financial services.
• Strong ability to derive business‑relevant conclusions from data and present them to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project‑management skills.
• Curious, analytical mindset with a customer‑focused approach.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Python with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit‑learn.
• Experience with SPSS or SPSS Modeler.
• Data‑visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
