Customer Service Representative (German-speaking)

About the role

Sumsub, an AI-powered trust infrastructure for compliance operations, is looking for a Customer Service Representative. The role involves guiding users through the necessary steps, with only inbound calls; no outbound calls, chats or emails are required, and there is no customer support or complaint handling.

Key responsibilities

• Interact effectively with users, both verbally and in writing
• Safeguard data and ensure confidentiality and security
• Follow legal regulations and company standards
• Pay close attention to detail and precision
• Keep knowledge and skills up to date with industry and regulatory changes

Required profile

• Conversational German, Turkish and English; German is the main language of communication with clients
• Good communication skills and ability to handle a large amount of information
• Able to work days off during the week instead of the weekend
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not required
