About the role
The Customs Expert will support Maersk's customer experience function by managing customs processes, reporting cycles, and customer onboarding. This individual contributor role focuses on applying technical customs knowledge while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Manage customer channel interactions and support the customs process lifecycle.
- Prepare and deliver customs reporting, handle contract and dispute management, and ensure compliance.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customs operations or a related field, with practical knowledge gained through work or advanced education.
- Ability to work independently within defined guidelines while seeking supervision for complex tasks.
