Dairy Farm Advisor – Turkey

About the role

DeLaval is seeking a proactive Dairy Farm Advisor to introduce its advisory products and training programs to the Turkish market. You will work closely with dealers, solution managers and external advisory companies while traveling up to 30% of the time.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce DeLaval advisory products to the local market and train dealer‑level advisors.
• Deliver customer training programs to dealers (DelPro, BCS, HN, etc.) and collaborate with Solution Managers on new solution training.
• Coordinate with external advisory companies, ensure marketing material is available, and build a network to share best practices.
• Participate in internal and external meetings, trainings and travel approximately 30% of the time.

Required profile

• BSc in Dairy Herd Management, Animal Science or related field with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• In‑depth knowledge of dairy herd management, nutrition, animal health, bovine reproduction and herd profitability.
• Proven ability to deliver critical advice to dairy herd managers with successful outcomes.
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to interpret scientific research.
• Full driving licence; professional English (written and spoken) is a plus.
