Data Analyst

About the role

Kopilot is scaling its global education super‑app and needs a Data Analyst to build a reliable analytics foundation. You will partner with sales, marketing, product and growth teams to turn data into clear, actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Transform recurring analyses and reports into reusable, scalable data assets.
• Design and maintain analytics frameworks covering the full customer lifecycle.
• Build and optimise core business metrics for acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and conversion.
• Write and maintain SQL queries to extract, transform and analyse data from multiple systems.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve visibility into performance, support segmentation, lifecycle analysis and ensure data integrity.
• Translate data findings into dashboards, clear insights and actionable recommendations.
• Help align teams on shared definitions, metrics and performance views.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence or CRM‑related roles.
• Strong SQL skills and confidence working with large, structured datasets.
• Experience analysing sales, marketing or product data.
• Outcome‑focused, comfortable with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Clear communicator who enjoys making data accessible.
• Curious, detail‑oriented and eager to learn in a fast‑growing environment.
