Data Analytics Specialist

About the role

Sanipak is seeking a Data Analytics Specialist to drive data‑driven transformation across its global brands. You will act as the bridge between business, analytics and IT, delivering scalable AI and analytics solutions that create measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize business opportunities solvable through analytics, AI and data‑driven approaches.
• Translate complex business challenges into analytical problems and develop scalable solutions.
• Lead data science teams in operationalising analytical solutions and automating intelligent decision‑making.
• Design and promote Generative AI and LLM‑based solutions to improve productivity and accelerate digital transformation.
• Increase data literacy across the organisation through training, presentations and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage project and demand pipelines end‑to‑end, ensuring prioritisation, scope clarity and successful delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics, business analytics or data science.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and structured decision‑making skills.
• Experience in project management, stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Curiosity about emerging technologies and continuous learning.

Required skills

• SQL and relational database expertise.
• Data modelling concepts.
• Power BI or similar BI and data‑visualisation platforms.
• Understanding of data warehousing and modern data platforms.
• Machine‑learning techniques and predictive analytics.
• Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents.
