Data Analytics Specialist

About the role

The Data Analytics Specialist will lead Business Intelligence initiatives, handling data modeling, warehouse architecture and visualisation. Reporting to the Business Intelligence Executive, you will turn complex business needs into scalable data solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development of BI programs, including data modelling, DWH design and visualisation with SSIS and Power BI.
• Partner with business units to define KPIs, identify pain points and translate them into data solutions.
• Design, maintain and optimise ETL processes for large datasets from SAP S/4HANA, IQVIA, APIs and SQL sources.
• Analyse datasets to uncover trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Create interactive Power BI dashboards and visual stories for technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Manage analytical projects independently, prioritising tasks by business impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and extensive experience in data‑warehouse design/redesign.
• Proven track record of building advanced reports and dashboards, preferably with Power BI.
• Experience with multiple data sources; knowledge of Python or R for advanced analysis is a plus.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of machine‑learning techniques; cloud‑based data solutions experience is advantageous.
