DevOps Engineer (AWS)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive DevOps Engineer with deep AWS and Kubernetes expertise to join our fast‑growing digital entertainment and iGaming group. You will help build and operate resilient, scalable platforms that power dozens of micro‑services across multiple brands.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain multi‑environment Kubernetes platforms on Amazon EKS using GitOps (ArgoCD) and Helm.
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines for 400+ micro‑services, supporting both mono‑repo and multi‑repo structures.
• Operate and troubleshoot CDC pipelines (MSSQL → Debezium → Kafka/MSK).
• Manage observability stack: metrics (VictoriaMetrics/Prometheus), logging (Elasticsearch/OpenSearch), alerting (vmalert/Alertmanager) and dashboards (Grafana).
• Implement disaster‑recovery strategies and support capacity planning and cost optimisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering or SRE in production environments.
• Strong AWS knowledge (EKS, MSK, RDS, ElastiCache, Transit Gateway, IAM, CloudWatch).
• Solid Kubernetes expertise, including multi‑cluster management, Helm, ArgoCD/GitOps and Karpenter.
• Experience designing CI/CD pipelines with Bitbucket Pipelines, ArgoCD and GitOps workflows.
• Proficiency with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Terragrunt) and scripting (Bash, Python). Go is a plus.
