Digital Banking UX / UI Designer

About the role

ING is looking for a Digital Banking UX / UI Designer within its Digital Banking Tribe of Retail Banking. You will work with a team of designers, engineers and product managers to bring exceptional digital products to life.

Key responsibilities

• Design user experiences and interfaces for web and mobile products
• Take part in user research and help gather user insights
• Create user flows, wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes
• Collaborate with Product Managers, developers and other stakeholders, translating business requirements and user needs into intuitive experiences
• Help maintain consistency across products and design assets
• Support usability testing and improve designs based on feedback
• Prepare designs for development and work with engineers during implementation
• Keep up to date with design trends, tools and best practices

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or extensive UX and UI design experience
• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Designer, UX/UI Designer or similar role
• Strong understanding of UX and UI design principles
• Ability to turn user problems into effective design solutions
• Good command of written and spoken English and Turkish
• A portfolio showing your design process and problem-solving approach

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Responsive web and mobile design
• User-centered design methodologies
• Nice to have: design systems or component libraries, accessibility principles, Agile (Scrum/Kanban) experience, interest in AI-powered design tools
