Digital Content Manager

About the role

Groupe SEB, a global cookware and small domestic appliances group, is looking for a proactive, analytical and detail-oriented Digital Content Manager to join its E-Commerce team. You will manage and optimise digital product content across brand websites and third-party marketplaces, working closely with Marketing, Commercial teams and external agencies to improve product visibility, consumer confidence and conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise product pages, descriptions, images, videos and enhanced brand content across brand websites and marketplaces
• Ensure content accuracy, completeness and compliance with brand standards and platform guidelines
• Coordinate content development and localisation with Marketing, Commercial teams and external agencies
• Support product launches and promotional campaigns by delivering digital content on time
• Lead ratings and reviews initiatives, monitor consumer feedback and turn insights into content improvements
• Coordinate SEO projects to improve product discoverability, search rankings and organic visibility
• Monitor content performance and optimise product pages to boost engagement and conversion

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital content management, e-commerce or digital marketing
• Experience managing product content across brand websites and third-party marketplaces
• Fluency in Turkish and strong professional English

Required skills

• Strong understanding of SEO, product storytelling, digital content optimisation and ratings and reviews management
• Familiarity with CMS, PIM, DAM systems and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 4
• Analytical, project management, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
