E-Commerce D2C Management Trainee

About the role

Groupe SEB, a global leader in cookware and small domestic appliances, is looking for an E-Commerce D2C Management Trainee to join its E-Commerce team. The role gives hands-on experience in daily e-commerce operations, digital campaigns, product content management and performance tracking across brand websites and third-party marketplaces, while supporting business growth through cross-functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily e-commerce operations, including product listings, pricing and stock availability checks across brand websites and marketplaces
• Assist in campaigns, promotional activities, product launches and bundle offers
• Update and maintain product pages, images and descriptions
• Monitor sales, traffic, conversion rates and competitor activity to spot improvement opportunities
• Prepare performance reports on sales and conversion
• Track product ratings and reviews and coordinate follow-up actions
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service and marketplace partners

Required profile

• Third- or fourth-year undergraduate student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or a related field
• Strong interest in e-commerce, digital marketing and consumer behavior
• Fluency in Turkish and good command of written and spoken English
• Available for a long-term traineeship, 5 days a week
