Digital Marketing and Social Media Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing and Social Media Executive to join the newly‑established SVR Turkey subsidiary. Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will help shape and execute the brand’s online presence across social platforms, influencer collaborations and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and guard the brand’s social media strategy, ensuring compliance with editorial guidelines on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Create and manage the editorial calendar in coordination with regional contacts and agencies.
• Produce engaging visual and video content (photos, videos, stories, UGC) for social channels, websites, CRM and paid campaigns.
• Monitor, analyse and report on digital campaign performance, tracking KPIs and recommending optimisation actions.
• Coordinate with media and influencer agencies, overseeing sponsorship content, budget and influence strategy.
• Conduct competitive intelligence on cosmetic brands and stay updated on digital trends and tools.
• Manage e‑reputation by monitoring online discussions about the brand and its products.
• Support the broader marketing team, product manager and training manager as needed.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum 4‑year) in a related field.
• 2‑3 years of proven experience managing digital‑first brands in a competitive environment.
• Strong understanding of social networks, especially Instagram and TikTok.
• Knowledge of FMCG, cosmetics, skincare or dermo‑cosmetics.
