Digital Marketing Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Lead to drive performance and branding initiatives for arabam.com, Turkey’s leading online auto classifieds marketplace. The role will oversee the full user‑lifecycle marketing, mentor a growing team and ensure data‑driven optimisation across all digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team, aligning strategy across performance and branding campaigns.
• Plan, execute and optimise day‑to‑day campaigns, managing the complete user lifecycle.
• Design and run A/B tests to reach distinct target groups while maintaining best practices.
• Ensure accurate tracking for all campaigns and landing pages, guiding the team on optimisation techniques.
• Measure, analyse and report on campaign performance, providing insights and growth opportunities to stakeholders.
• Act as a market expert, briefing creative teams and fostering collaboration with Brand, Social Media, Content and Design.

Required profile

• 4‑7 years of digital marketing experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Google Sheets capabilities.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships in a fast‑paced, revenue‑driven environment.

• Google platforms (campaign setup, troubleshooting, optimisation)
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets
• Data visualisation tools such as Tableau and Looker Studio
• Adjust (mobile measurement) – a plus
