Digital Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven Digital Media Specialist to join our Marketing team and execute the digital media and e‑commerce activation strategy. You will work closely with brand, commercial, and global teams as well as external agencies to deliver high‑impact campaigns that boost brand growth and consumer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch, optimise and evaluate digital media campaigns across the consumer journey, from awareness to conversion and retention.
• Manage media agency relationships, ensuring quality planning, taxonomy governance, budget control and performance reporting.
• Continuously optimise media spend based on ROI, business performance and consumer insights.
• Collaborate with e‑commerce and commercial teams to maximise omnichannel effectiveness.
• Develop and manage influencer marketing partnerships.
• Coordinate website updates with global teams to ensure accurate local content.
• Lead SEO and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) initiatives to improve organic visibility.
• Build and maintain digital performance dashboards, monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital media, performance marketing or e‑commerce marketing.
• Strong understanding of paid media planning, optimisation and performance analysis.
• Experience working with media agencies and managing digital marketing budgets.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional, international environment.
• Fluent English communication skills.
