Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager to build and own the digital marketing system of a fast‑growing e‑commerce fragrance brand targeting the US market. Reporting directly to the co‑founders, you will set strategy, prioritize initiatives, and execute across paid acquisition, analytics, email, influencer, and social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall digital marketing strategy.
• Own paid acquisition, focusing on Google Ads and supporting Meta Ads; manage budgets, campaigns, testing and optimisation.
• Analyse performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC and conversion rate to guide budget allocation.
• Manage GA4, Google Tag Manager and e‑commerce tracking, and produce performance reports.
• Run email marketing programmes in Klaviyo, including campaigns, segmentation and automated flows.
• Plan, execute and evaluate influencer and UGC campaigns.
• Create and schedule organic social media content and support other marketing channels.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, preferably in e‑commerce or a consumer brand.
• Advanced written and spoken English; ability to craft natural US‑market copy.
• Proven experience managing and optimising Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and e‑commerce tracking.
• Experience with Klaviyo or a similar email‑marketing platform.
• Comfortable using AI tools for ideation and content production while ensuring quality.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
