Market Research Consultant

About the role

Twentify is seeking a Market Research Consultant to act as the bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring research projects are delivered smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. The role combines strong research expertise with emerging AI‑powered tools to generate actionable consumer insights.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret client briefs and design the most suitable research approach.
• Prepare proposals, questionnaires, and discussion guides for quantitative and qualitative studies.
• Coordinate with fieldwork, operations, data processing, and reporting teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage timelines, ensure on‑time delivery, and review outputs for accuracy.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying new research opportunities.
• Explore and integrate AI‑driven research technologies into daily workflows.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 4+ years of experience in market research, managing quantitative projects.
• Hands‑on experience designing research questionnaires.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Turkish and English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical, and proactive.
• Curious about new technologies and comfortable with evolving work methods.
