SEO/SEM Specialist – Remote (Turkey)

About the role

This remote position is aimed at an experienced SEO/SEM professional who will boost organic visibility and maximize paid‑search performance for a partner company operating in Turkey. You will own end‑to‑end SEO activities and manage PPC campaigns across major search platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and optimise SEO and SEM initiatives, including content strategy, keyword research, technical optimisation and link‑building.
• Manage PPC campaigns on Google, Yahoo and Bing, overseeing budgets, performance tracking and ROI optimisation.
• Analyse website analytics, paid‑search data and market trends to generate actionable insights.
• Optimise website copy, landing pages, site architecture and internal linking to improve keyword rankings.
• Conduct competitor research, A/B and multivariate testing, and collaborate with development, editorial and marketing teams to embed best practices.

Required profile

• Proven professional experience in SEO with a strong grasp of organic search optimisation and ranking factors.
• Demonstrated SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google, Yahoo and Bing.
• Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimisation and online customer acquisition.
