Digital Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Executive to lead and optimise paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. The role combines client relationship management with hands‑on campaign execution, focusing on measurable performance and growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and continuously optimise campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, X (Twitter) and other channels.
• Maintain daily communication with clients to ensure smooth operations and address any concerns.
• Monitor key performance indicators, analyse data and recommend improvements to boost ROI.
• Prepare regular performance reports and summaries for internal and client review.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align media plans with broader marketing strategies.

Required profile

• Based in Istanbul and legally authorised to work in Turkey.
• Minimum 1 year of full‑time experience in digital marketing or performance media.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and fluent communication in English and Turkish.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with TikTok Ads.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads.
• Experience managing app install campaigns (preferred).
