Digital Performance Marketing & Retail Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Performance Marketing & Retail Media Specialist to drive growth for the Home Care category. The role will design and execute full‑funnel digital commerce strategies, turning data insights into measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the full‑funnel digital commerce and performance marketing strategy for the Home Care category.
• Partner with Marketing, E‑commerce, Customer Development, Media, Analytics and agency teams to build integrated campaigns and promotions.
• Manage the Home Care D‑Commerce marketing budget and allocate spend for maximum ROI.
• Lead performance marketing, retail media and social commerce activities, optimizing KPIs such as ROAS, CPM and incremental sales.
• Drive shopper marketing initiatives and collaborate with e‑retailers to boost commercial performance.
• Ensure SEO, SEM and PSO excellence across key digital touchpoints.
• Oversee digital content creation, testing and optimization with internal creative teams and agencies.
• Provide governance, set priorities and align stakeholders to meet business objectives.
• Use data, reporting and analytics to generate actionable insights and improve measurement capabilities.
• Share best practices and upskill teams on digital and performance marketing.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Proven project‑management and prioritisation abilities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• 3‑5 years of experience in digital commerce, performance marketing, retail media or shopper marketing.
