Director, Marketing Capability and Transformation

About the role

Lead the Eurasia & Middle East (EME) Marketing Capabilities & Operations agenda, building future‑fit skills, modern marketing practices, and a culture of continuous learning that accelerates growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the EME Marketing Capability strategy, assess gaps, and partner with HR to deliver curricula, coaching and communities of practice.
• Develop benchmarks and recommendations to improve resource and direct‑marketing‑expense effectiveness, and promote measurement‑driven investment decisions.
• Strengthen agency partnerships through clear scopes, performance assessments and adoption of new partnership models.
• Build test‑and‑learn capabilities, enable the Global Experimentation Platform and capture market‑led learnings.
• Drive adoption of Marketing Platform Services, gather feedback, create communications and training, and track user satisfaction.

Required profile

• 10–12+ years in marketing, capability development, operations or transformation, with proven success across multiple markets.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business priorities into practical learning strategies and to drive change adoption.
• Strong analytical and influencing skills, capable of engaging senior leaders and diverse audiences.

Required skills

• Experience with modern marketing capabilities such as data, AI, digital, commerce and full‑funnel planning.
• Knowledge of experimentation methodologies and measurement tools.
• Proficiency in agency management and partnership models.
