Performance Marketing Manager

About the role

As a Performance Marketing Manager at dentsu, you will own the full‑funnel digital activation strategy for Samsung Turkey, driving integrated growth from awareness through conversion and loyalty. You will lead client relationships, manage a team of specialists, and turn raw digital data into high‑impact commercial insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute holistic, full‑funnel digital media strategies across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and programmatic platforms.
• Build and manage sophisticated first‑, second‑ and third‑party data architectures for precision targeting.
• Serve as the primary strategic advisor to the Samsung Turkey brand, leading performance reviews and quarterly business reviews.
• Manage large‑scale client budgets with accurate pacing, forecasting and cross‑channel allocation.
• Deliver analytical, actionable insights through advanced measurement frameworks and automated reporting dashboards.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of junior performance executives, fostering continuous learning.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of hands‑on digital media experience in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Proven track record managing high‑visibility consumer electronics or tech accounts.
• Certified expert in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (including SA360/DV360), TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ad Manager and leading DSPs.
• Demonstrated success running full‑funnel branding‑to‑performance activations and complex product launches.
• Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics and data‑visualisation tools.
• Full professional proficiency in Turkish and English.
