Director of Communications & Change Management – Emerging Multi-Markets

About the role

The Director, Communications & Change Management leads the strategy to communicate and embed digital transformation across the Emerging Multi-Markets Operating Units. This role aligns business leaders, employees and system partners around a shared vision, ensuring new digital capabilities are understood, adopted and sustained.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications and change management strategy for digital transformation across three Operating Units.
• Define communication standards, governance, messaging frameworks and engagement plans.
• Build stakeholder engagement strategies, including mapping, influence planning and executive communications.
• Lead organizational change activities to prepare leaders, employees and partners for new digital processes and ways of working.
• Partner with Global Digital Services, HR, Product teams and business leaders to create learning programs that accelerate adoption.
• Establish governance and standards that promote transparency, readiness and digital fluency.

Required profile

• Proven executive influence and stakeholder management experience in a highly matrixed global organization.
• Deep expertise in organizational change management and communications strategy.
• Ability to inspire adoption of new technologies and processes.
• Strong collaboration skills with digital, product and HR functions.
