Director, Value Delivery, Planning & PMO

About the role

The Coca‑Cola Company is seeking a Director to lead its Digital PMO and enterprise portfolio management function. This senior leader will shape the planning, governance, and value‑realization processes for the Operating Unit’s digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and measurable business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and run the Digital PMO, defining governance, planning cycles, and performance metrics for the digital portfolio.
• Drive annual, quarterly and rolling portfolio planning, balancing strategic demand, funding, and delivery capacity.
• Create and maintain investment governance frameworks that prioritize initiatives based on alignment, value, risk and capacity.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Technology Delivery, Engineering, Finance, Enterprise Architecture and business leaders to build integrated roadmaps and execution plans.
• Oversee resource optimization, financial management, performance reporting and executive decision‑making.
• Promote a culture of outcome‑based delivery, data‑driven decision‑making and continuous improvement across the transformation portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading PMO or portfolio management functions in large, complex organizations.
• Strong track record of delivering digital transformation programs at scale.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills across product, technology, finance and business domains.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable results.
