Document Management and End of Day Processes Analyst (Hybrid)

About the role

Intertech is looking for a skilled professional to contribute to document management and end of day projects within its platform transformation initiative. The role suits people with solid experience in banking and IT architecture. Only applicants from Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir and Bursa will be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business unit data requirements and build conceptual and logical data models
• Perform data analysis to validate source data and ensure model accuracy
• Support ongoing DWH modernization and architecture transformation projects
• Analyze source systems, document data mappings and transformation logic
• Develop and maintain data modeling standards, data dictionaries and business glossaries
• Design and monitor data quality checks to ensure data integrity
• Collaborate with business stakeholders on model validation and sign-off

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, Statistics or a related field
• At least 6 years of experience in the banking sector
• Solid knowledge of document management, end of day processes or core banking applications
• Experience in document management, end of day or core banking applications
• Comfortable using Jira and Confluence in delivery environments
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
