Elementary Pricing Specialist (Motor)

About the role

AXA Türkiye is looking for an Elementary Pricing Specialist for its Motor products. The role takes an active part in technical pricing activities, building GLM-based pricing models and analysing the impact of pricing changes.

Key responsibilities

• Take an active role in technical pricing activities for Motor products
• Develop GLM-based pricing models
• Perform impact analyses, scenario studies and profitability assessments for pricing changes
• Monitor portfolio performance regularly
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports giving insights to management and business units
• Work closely with IT, Underwriting and other business teams to build profitable, sustainable pricing solutions

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics or Actuarial Science
• At least 2 years of experience in pricing within the insurance industry
• Valid work permit in Turkey
• Strong analytical mindset and communication skills

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAS, GLM and other machine learning methods
• Proficiency in WTW Emblem and Radar tools
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Strong command of English
