Elevator Operator

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Elevator Operator to ensure the safe and efficient operation of passenger and freight elevators at our Istanbul site. You will be the first point of contact for building occupants, providing courteous assistance and maintaining a smooth flow of elevator traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor elevator performance and respond promptly to any irregularities or emergencies.
• Assist passengers with entry and exit, offering directions and information as needed.
• Conduct basic visual inspections and report malfunctions to the maintenance team.
• Maintain a clean and orderly elevator environment.
• Collaborate with facility management and technical staff to support daily operations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail, situational awareness, and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Reliability in timekeeping and shift coverage.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and move safely within elevator areas.

Required skills

• Basic technical understanding of elevator operation.
