About the role
Serinsey Smile is seeking a motivated English‑speaking Sales Representative to join its international sales team in Istanbul. The role focuses on communicating with English‑speaking clients, promoting dental treatments and converting inquiries into bookings.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with English‑speaking potential clients and manage incoming leads.
- Provide information about dental treatments, convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and meet individual and team sales targets.
Required profile
- Fluency in English and Turkish.
- Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
- Previous sales or customer service experience; health tourism or dental industry experience is a plus.
- Target‑oriented, able to work effectively in a team and on‑site in Istanbul.
