Outbound Sales Team Lead

About the role

We are looking for an Outbound Sales Team Lead to manage and develop our telesales team, drive sales performance, and ensure operational excellence through data‑driven decision‑making and effective leadership. The role involves leading a team, optimizing the sales funnel, and achieving revenue growth targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the telesales team to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
• Monitor team performance through KPIs, conduct regular performance reviews, and implement improvement plans where needed.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention.
• Manage and optimize the sales funnel to improve conversion rates and overall sales performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long‑term loyalty.
• Analyze sales data, CRM reports, and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning activities.
• Drive a high‑performance culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and customer success.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Minimum 5 years of team management experience.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Experience in KPI management and sales funnel optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve team performance.
