About the role

We are looking for confident English speakers to join our sales team as English Speaking Sales Specialists. No prior sales experience is required – you will receive comprehensive training to develop your sales and communication abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Engage English‑speaking customers via phone, email and online channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Identify customer needs and present appropriate products or services.
• Follow up leads and guide customers through the sales process.
• Record customer interactions and sales activities accurately.
• Achieve individual and team performance targets.
• Participate in training sessions and continuously improve sales techniques.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to ensure an excellent customer experience.

Required profile

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Basic computer literacy.
