English‑Speaking Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

Pexly is seeking an English‑speaking recruiter who is passionate about global talent search. The position is fully remote, with a schedule of 9 AM to 6 PM Central Europe time. You will join a fast‑growing international team and handle recruitment for support agents and staff across various projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full‑cycle recruiting process: posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers.
• Source candidates through global job boards, social media, and referral networks.
• Publish job ads on career pages, job boards and social networks.
• Maintain industry awareness, hiring trends and compensation insights.
• Input candidate data into the ATS and collaborate with Sales and Project Managers for interview coordination.
• Participate in HR recruitment meetings and propose ideas to increase CV inflow and candidate quality.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience as a (global) recruiter.
• Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages such as German are a plus.
• Result‑oriented, detail‑focused with strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time independently and work remotely.

Required skills

• Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
