Enterprise Sales Development Representative - Turkish Speaking

About the role

OpenText has built global Centres of Excellence for Sales Development to support its cloud software solutions. You will join a social, high‑performing team that collaborates to attract and qualify prospects evaluating OpenText products. The role requires confidence in cold calling, cold emailing and engaging prospects via social media and video.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails and social outreach targeting enterprise clients and whitespace opportunities.
• Follow up and qualify inbound leads generated by global campaigns and regional field marketing.
• Partner with Commercial Solution Sales Executives and Solution Consultants to progress early‑stage opportunities through the sales pipeline.
• Maintain accurate prospect data and activity tracking in Salesforce and Outreach tools.
• Provide regular updates on activity, pipeline creation and contribution to revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven ability to meet activity and performance targets in a sales environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with prospects.
• Self‑motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive, proactive attitude toward prospecting and continuous learning.
