Entry-Level IT Operations Technician – Data Center

About the role

TITANICOM is looking for an entry‑level IT Operations Technician to support 24/7 data‑center operations across Europe. The role is designed for recent graduates or junior candidates eager to develop practical skills in IT infrastructure, data‑center maintenance and international projects.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in 24×7 IDC (data‑center) operation and maintenance support.
• Respond to incidents, execute work orders and temporary tasks in line with SLA requirements.
• Perform routine inspections, identify operational risks and support emergency response following EOP procedures.
• Record incidents, prepare preliminary reports and manage tickets through the ticketing system while adhering to SOP standards.
• Assist with installation, racking, deployment, maintenance and basic troubleshooting of servers, switches and cabling infrastructure.
• Support site surveys, on‑site supervision, minor implementation works and project delivery assistance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure stable and efficient data‑center operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Computer Science, IT, Network Engineering, Telecommunications or related fields.
• No prior experience required; candidates will receive structured onboarding and technical training.
• Strong sense of responsibility, ownership and ability to work independently.
• Excellent learning ability, execution capability and willingness to follow operational standards.
• Good communication, teamwork skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard office tools.
• Fluency in the local language plus English, or local language plus Chinese.
