ERP SAP Specialist

About the role

Straumann Group, a global leader in dental implants, biomaterials and digital solutions, is looking for an ERP SAP Specialist to support and improve SAP ERP operations within its Turkey organization. The role helps ensure system reliability, process efficiency and alignment with global standards, while supporting business growth and digital transformation. The specialist supports daily operations, assists Finance, Supply Chain, Logistics and Sales, contributes to local enhancements and works with business stakeholders and global SAP&ERP teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the stable operation of SAP ERP systems, mainly FI/CO, MM and SD, and help with incident resolution and service quality
• Manage user access, roles and authorizations
• Analyze business processes and suggest improvements, including automation opportunities, across Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Sales
• Support local SAP projects, enhancements and rollouts, including upgrades, testing and change deployments, and maintain documentation to global IT standards
• Act as the link between business users, regional teams and global SAP&ERP teams, and guide key users
• Support digital transformation and data integrity initiatives
• Coordinate with external vendors and track SLAs for outsourced support

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field
• 3+ years of SAP ERP experience, including support and process improvement
• Experience supporting ERP operations or taking part in SAP projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in Turkish and English; experience in multinational or matrix organizations is preferred

Required skills

• Good knowledge of SAP modules FI/CO, MM and SD; other modules are a plus
