Executive Assistant (Istanbul)

About the role

Join BCG Platinion’s Istanbul office as an Executive Assistant, providing day‑to‑day support to senior leaders and ensuring smooth office operations in a fast‑paced consulting environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage agendas, travel arrangements (car, flight, hotel) and prioritize tasks for senior staff and directors.
• Coordinate meetings, conference bridges, room bookings and food‑service logistics.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence in Turkish and English.
• Organise client appointments, workshops, events and broader internal office activities.
• Prepare weekly timesheets, expense reports and edit presentation documents.
• Provide general administrative support to the Office Manager and act as the main point of contact for the Istanbul team.
• Collaborate with other assistants, offering backup support as needed while maintaining confidentiality.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum four years of assistant experience in a fast‑paced business environment.
• Excellent written and spoken Turkish and English.
• Strong communication, client‑oriented attitude and ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Professional appearance, trustworthy and service‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
