Executive Assistant

About the role

Otokoç Otomotiv is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO in a fast‑moving, multinational automotive environment. The role combines high‑level administrative support with strategic coordination across domestic and international operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s daily, weekly and monthly calendar, prioritising tasks in a fluid agenda.
• Coordinate domestic and international meetings, events and end‑to‑end travel logistics (flights, accommodation, visas, transfers).
• Take minutes, track action items and distribute meeting summaries to relevant stakeholders.
• Communicate professionally on behalf of the CEO with board members, senior executives, business partners and government bodies.
• Anticipate potential agenda issues and propose practical solutions.
• Prepare, edit and track incoming/outgoing correspondence, reports and presentations.

• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on target‑oriented and solution‑driven work.
• High curiosity and willingness to stay updated on new information daily.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle a demanding, dynamic schedule.
• Professional communication style and discretion when dealing with senior stakeholders.
