Executive Assistant to CEO

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of ING Hubs Türkiye. This high‑impact position requires exceptional organization, discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, prioritising meetings, strategic initiatives and business commitments.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, visas and logistics.
• Prepare meeting materials, agendas and briefing documents, and follow‑up on action items.
• Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
• Draft and review executive presentations, reports and other business communications.
• Organise executive meetings, board visits, town halls, off‑site workshops and other events.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and governance, supporting administrative processes through platforms such as Workday, iBuy, One Identity and My Workplace.
• Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C‑level executives, preferably a CEO or Country Head.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules, international travel and senior stakeholder interactions.
• Strong organisational, prioritisation and time‑management capabilities.
