Executive Assistant to General Manager

About the role

The Grand Tarabya, a historic luxury hotel in Istanbul, is seeking a highly professional Executive Assistant to support its General Manager. This role goes beyond traditional administrative duties, requiring close collaboration with senior leadership and a deep understanding of hotel operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day executive and business support to the General Manager.
• Coordinate and follow up on priorities, projects, meetings and action plans across departments.
• Prepare presentations, reports, business updates and management materials.
• Support the GM in monitoring operational and commercial priorities.
• Facilitate communication between the GM Office, Executive Committee and department leaders.
• Attend selected meetings, track agreed actions and ensure timely completion.
• Handle correspondence and sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
• Represent the GM Office appropriately with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality with solid knowledge of hotel operations.
• Strong business acumen and commercially‑minded approach.
• Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities.
• Professional presence and ability to work closely with senior leadership.
• Fluent in both Turkish and English.
• High level of discretion, maturity and confidentiality.
